Where are CandleCraft Lessons Held?
Here at CandleCraft, we offer a hybrid class system. Lessons can be attended in person at our state-of-the-art studio. Alternatively, if this is not for you (we know life gets busy!), students are able to access our classes online via our platform. Please note, online classes are available for selected classes only. How Do I Book a Lesson?
Booking a lesson with CandleCraft Academy is easy! Simply head to our online platform and browse our available pottery and knitting classes. Select a date and time that works for you. Can I Book a Trial Class Before Committing?
Absolutely! We know starting something new can feel daunting so we offer trial classes for new students. Simply select a trial session when booking through our platform and come and see what CandleCraft is all about! We think you'll love it!
What Materials Do I Need to Bring?
For in-person studio classes, all equipment and materials are provided. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! For online learners, a recommended materials list is available on each class page within the platform so you can come prepared from the comfort of your own home.
Can I Access Learning Resources Outside of Class?
Yes! One of the perks of being a CandleCraft student is access to our online learning hub. Simply log into the platform anytime to find class notes, instructional videos and resources shared by your teacher. Perfect for practising between sessions.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that life happens! Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled lesson at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please refer to our full terms and conditions on the platform or contact us directly for more information.
